In this 2hr class, you will learn all the techniques necessary for double knitting, including casting on, reading a colour work chart, casting off, and blocking. You may leave this class with either a completed coaster or choose to create a larger trivet, which you’ll be fully equipped to finish at home. Pattern is included.

Skill Level: Intermediate - basic knitting skills required for this class.

Supplies Needed:

4.5 or 5mm straight or 24” circs (piece is knitted flat)
Worsted weight yarn - one skein each of contrasting colours, 100% wool preferred. Briggs & Little Regal or Heritage is a terrific option
