Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We want you to love your products just as much as we love them. Please contact us at email@example.com with the details of your order if you are not completely satisfied. All inquiries about returns are dealt with on a case by case basis.

When can I expect my order to ship and arrive?
We do our very best to have orders processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days of being placed. Delivery time will vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen. Please note that turnaround times may be longer during launches of new collections and sales due to the high volume of orders received.
We currently offer tracked shipping via Canada Post. Upon fulfilment of your order, your tracking number will be emailed to you.

Is local pickup available?
Yes. We offer local pickup at our store location in Ridgeway, Ontario. You can select this option at checkout and more information will be provided to you.

YARN DYED BY THE CREATIVE KNITTER
What do you use to dye your yarns?
I use professional grade acid dyes to dye my yarns. Heat and food grade citric acid is used to set the dyes. Yarns are left in the dye bath until dyes are fully exhausted. After dyeing, yarn is rinsed clean with plain water, and is then given a soak with a small amount of wool wash to recondition the fibres.
Will each skein be the exact same colour?
I dye a variety of variegated, speckled, and tonal colourways. The nature of hand-dyed yarns means that there will be variations from skein to skein even if the skeins were dyed in the same dye bath, and there may be slight variations in tone from batch to batch. If you are planning a project using multiple skeins, like a sweater, I recommend alternating skeins.
