Designed for the absolute beginner.

Learn to cast on, the knit stitch, the purl stitch, and to cast off. By the end of this class, you will be able to knit a simple scarf, hat, or cowl.

Spread across two one-and-a-half-hour lessons, this class will teach knitting basics that will result in a finished cowl project!

When:

Date: November 17 & 24

Time: 11:00 am - 12:30 pm (both dates)

Price: $50 (includes both classes)

Supplies Needed:

- 6mm knitting needles (wood preferable but another material is fine)
- Chunky weight yarn (14 to 16 st over 10 cm) in a striping pattern or plain if preferred. Please choose yarn in a lighter colour so stitches are visible.

Supplies will be available for purchase in-store.
